The thesis investigates theoretical construction of the contract for providing the real estate services, developing scientifically based proposals for the adoption of legislation in the field of real estate services. Considered the main approaches to understanding of real estate services, real estate activity defined in broad and narrow sense, offered the author definition of real estate services. The article deals with questions about the features of real estate services as the civil - legal category.Investigated the legal nature of the agreement on providing real estate services and identified its place in the system of civil contracts of intermediary species. Offered the concept of a contract for providing real estate services. Done the civil characteristics of a contract for real estate services.Investigated the elements of a contract for real estate services, including subject, price, period. Conducted the analysis of a subject composition of the contract. Determined the rights and obligations of the parties under the contract for providing real estate services.The article deals with the order and a form of contract for the providing real estate services. Investigated the question of breach of obligations for providing real estate services and forms of civil liability of the parties of the contract. Proposed a number of provisions for improving of civil regulation of a contract for providing real estate services, in particular concerning the need for adoption of a special law and definition definition of the place of contract for providing real estate services in the system of civil contracts.
