Essay

The thesis deals with analysis of the theoretical and legal aspects of public morality protection. The study proves the necessity of legal security of public morality protection as a new function of a modern state by which it is suggested to understand the complex of interdependent and interrelated and also legally regulated ways of the activities of the state. The fundamental elements of the study about the functions of the state within theoretical and legal science are elucidated. The functions of the state are considered as an inalienable source of the state mechanism structuring.
