Essay

The dissertation is the first historical and legal research, through the application of an integrated approach, the responsibility for violation of the law governing the relations of ownership of land from 1922 to 1991 was considered. A comparative legal analysis of approaches to the understanding of property rights and their violation in the field of land relations, enshrined in the Land Code of 1970 and in the present day is carried out. The scientific understanding of the evolution of the institution of legal responsibility for land violations in Soviet Ukraine has been improved.
