The thesis is devoted to the complex pharmacognostic study of biologically active substances from the showy tick-trefoil herb. The qualitative and quantitative analysis of biologically active substances in investigated material was carried out: polysaccharides, organic and fatty acids, phenolic compounds (coumarins, hydroxycinnamic acids, flavonoids, isoflavonoids, tannins), volatile compounds, amino acids, macro- and micronutrients. The thick extract from the showy tick-trefoil herb were carried out and standardized, and their anti-inflammatory, antiviral and antimicrobial activity was established. The projects Quality Control Methods for «Showy tick-trefoil of Persei variety herb», «Showy tick-trefoil of Persei variety herb thick extract» were developed.
