The dissertation is devoted to the synthesis of nanocomposites magnetically operated such as «core-shell» Ag@Fe3O4, where the silver is in the form of an islet coating on the surface of nanoparticles of magnetite, the study of its physical, chemical and biomedical properties. Оn the basis of the studies а new original method for the synthesis of functional magnetically operated nanocomposite Ag@Fe3O4; titrimetric method for the quantitative determination of its composition; the type and condition of the coating, the shape of nanoparticles of point silver, their organization (nanostructure); studied the magnetic characteristics; magnetically operated dosage forms based on the obtained composite Ag@Fe3O4 were proposed and process for the removal and treatment of skin neoplasm.
