Matushevych N. Economic evaluation of forest resources of Ukraine and areas of their capitalization

The thesis is devoted to development of theoretical and methodological foundations and methodological approaches to improving the economic assessment of forest resources and areas of further capitalization as a prerequisite for effective decision-making in forest management. Directions capitalization of forest resources by creating organizational and production, marketing mechanisms of market direction and systems using proprietary rights to this resources without change of ownership as a process and the extent of their involvement in market turnover as a source of capital and income through appropriate organizational, economic, financial and other mechanisms. Studied economic mechanisms of forest conversion factor of natural economic phenomenon, through its involvement in economic circulation and the proclamation of ownership of forest areas. Proved that into finance for assets lisoresursnoho origin can be defined as the process of acquiring the latest measurements of adequate financial value and values subordinated to the task of preserving natural resources, restore their quantitative and qualitative parameters while meeting the needs of all participants in industrial and economic relations.
