Sergii G. The demand determining for passenger route transport service in the middle cities

The thesis deals with solution of theoretical and practical problem of the demand determining for public transport services in the middle cities based on sample survey on route network by table method. It is worked out the methods of origin-destination matrix receiving on the base of outdoor sample survey results executed on the route network. The results of outdoor observations of the passengers exchange on the bus stops were taken as the base for the determining of the bus stop capacities distribution of two types: on departure and arrival. It has been substantiated theoretically and experimentally that the capacities distribution are described by Poisson low. It is constructed models of route trips based on values of departure and arrival to bus stops and obtained using imitation modelling. It has been worked out the methodology of transfer hubs localization on the transport network which is assumed the check of the hypothesis about statistical significance of the bus stop capacities oscillations. It was constructed the algorithm of trips O-D matrix transformation into the general network O-D matrix entirely for the whole day route passenger transport work.
