Marenichenko V. Mechanisms of state regulation implementation of small and medium business quality development in Ukraine

The dissertation is devoted to substantiation of theoretical and methodological foundations, developing practical recommendations for improving current and creating new mechanisms for implementing state regulation of small and medium business quality development in Ukraine. Theoretical and methodical provisions of implementation mechanisms of business state regulation in Ukraine are generalized. Theoretical approaches to determining the quantitative and qualitative characteristics are justified and criteria for quality development of SMEs are established. Conceptual and categorical apparatus of the theory of public administration within the quality development SMEs is improved. There are analyzed, evaluated and formed recommendations according to the experience of foreign countries in the implementation of state regulation of SME.
