Grabovan L. The repayment of creditors’ claims in the procedure of bankruptcy

The thesis is devoted to the investigation of the mechanism of repayment of creditors’ claims in the procedure of bankruptcy. It is based on the analysis of the current legislation, doctrinal provisions, materials of judicial practice in ensuring the satisfaction of creditors’ claims in the insolvency procedure, it was proposed to recognize the repayment of creditors’ claims as the central idea, the purpose and the fundamental element of the bankruptcy institution. It is substantiated the independence of the institution of repayment of creditors’ claims, the ways of repayment of creditors’ claims are investigated. The main elements of the order of repayment of creditors’ claims in the bankruptcy procedure are investigated.
