Essay

Object of research: the process of ensuring the functioning of the quality management system at air transport enterprises. Objective: to substantiate methodical approaches to the formation of a quality management system at air transport enterprises. Methods: analysis and synthesis, system generalization, statistical, expert estimates and predictions, mathematical modeling. Novelty: for the first time a comprehensive system of quality management of air transport enterprises has been formed, which is a interconnected, complex, dynamic combination of elements of the provision of airlift services, methodological approaches to the evaluation of the functionality and efficiency of the quality management system in air transport enterprises, the economic interaction of the factors of the formation of the quality of air transport enterprise services, systematization of factors, which, unlike the existing ones, allows to analyze the influence of the factors on enhance the competitiveness of enterprises of air transport which determine the need for creation a system of quality management service for air transport enterprises are improved. Scope of application: in the practical activity of the airline company "International Airlines of Ukraine", the municipal enterprise International Airport Kyiv (Zhulyany), in the educational process of the private educational institution "Lviv University of Business and Law" in the teaching of disciplines "Business Economics", "Management" and "Marketing".
