Roman V. Mechanisms of power administration of decentralization of power processes: the experience of the EU for Ukraine

Object: processes of decentralization of power in the EU and Ukraine. Purpose: to provide scientific substantiation of the mechanisms of state governance of the processes of decentralization of power based on the study of positive experience and EU countries and the development of practical recommendations for its implementation in Ukraine. Methods: general scientific and special research methods: concrete-historical, method of structural-functional and system analysis, system-activity method; Comparative analysis; Methods of synthesis and generalization, etc. Results: on the basis of the analysis of foreign experience of decentralization of power, the main directions of reforming the system of public administration and improving the administrative-territorial structure in the united Europe, which are relevant for Ukraine, are determined.
