Essay

The object of the research is the process of providing efficient management of the services industry in the context of increasing the attractiveness of the tourist product. The subject of the study is a set of theoretical, scientific-methodical and practical aspects of management of enterprises in the service sector in the context of increasing the attractiveness of the tourist product. The dissertation is devoted to the improvement of theoretical and scientific-practical positions, the development of scientific and methodological foundations and practical recommendations for the management of enterprises in the sphere of services in the context of increasing the attractiveness of the tourist product. In the process of solving the tasks used the following methods of scientific research: system-structural, comparisons, expert evaluations, graphical, tabular, definition of average and relative indicators. The principle of service status is proposed. The approach to building a tourism product profile is developed. The categorical apparatus of the theory of services and the notion of attractiveness of the tourist product have been improved. The estimation of external conditions of operation of enterprises on the basis of modified PEST-analysis is substantiated. The scientific and methodical approach to assessing the attractiveness of a tourism product with the distinction of its specific stages is developed. The application of the positioning card for visualization of the mutual positions of actual and modified consumer attractions of tourist products is substantiated. The main theoretical generalizations, conclusions and proposals contained in the dissertation are of scientific and applied importance and used by the Department of Investment, Tourism and Resort Activities and Industrial Policy of Kherson Oblast State Administration, Travel Agency "Tour-plaza", Travel Agency "Aquavita", Kherson National Technical University.
