Essay

The thesis is devoted to development of graphic-analytical methods of the analysis of operator's activity of the aeronautical system (dispatcher and pilot of aircraft). Academic novelty of the obtained results is that: for the first time, the developed method of a posteriori analysis of aviation accidents by using stochastic networks such GERT allows visualizing logical and causal relationships that contributed to aviation accidents and to determine quantitative temporal indicators of aviation event. Graphic-analytical methods of decision making by operators of aeronautical system in special cases of flight were improved by developed deterministic model of decision-making by operators with deterministic parameters of operating procedures time and model with probability indicators of time operating procedures to parry special cases of flight, allowing to quantify the time needed to parry special cases. Models of making a decision by operators of aeronautical system in special cases of flight, which differ from the known taking into account the quantitative temporal indicators of operator's activity of the aeronautical system and the stochastic model of GERT for a posteriori analysis of aviation events got more development.
