Essay

The thesis studies the theoretical and methodological basis of the organization of labor remuneration at an industrial enterprise, which made it possible to clarify the definition of the term "wage organization". The economic understanding of the concept of "wage fund" is developed. Based on the implementation of a critical analysis of the classification of factors influencing the organization of remuneration, the classification has been developed, by including additional features. According to the results of the analysis of labor status indicators at the SE "Ivchenko-Progress", it has been established that for the current period the company demonstrates positive growing tendencies for all social and economic indicators. According to the results of the analysis of the PJSC "Plant of Semiconductors" it's been determined that the PJSC "Plant of Semiconductors" uses the bonus and part-bonus system but the financial and economic situation becomes worse with each period of the study period.
