Essay

Risk factors of primary ischemic stroke in patients with metabolic syndrome were studied and systematized. Adverse impact of metabolic syndrome on the clinical course of ischemic stroke pathogenic subtypes was shown considering the acute and early recovery period after its development. Established negative quantitative impact on output level and evolution of neurological disorders in the treatment of patients with acute ischemic stroke. Primary functional consequences of acute ischemic stroke were established, taking into account the individual components of the metabolic syndrome and found additional negative factors adversely influence the functional output for patients in the acute phase of the disease. The approaches of pathogenetic complex treatment of patients with acute ischemic stroke on the background of metabolic syndrome using a combination of antioxidant and neuroprotective.
