The thesis provides general theoretical analysis of the category "notarial acts" and ascertains their place and role in the system of legal acts. In modern conditions of modernization of the society and development of the legal system, a significant role in the realization of human rights and freedoms is played by individual legal acts. A special type of such acts are notarial acts, which in a legally binding form affirm the results of notarial acts.
