Stratiіchuk V. Mortgage in the civil law of Ukraine

The thesis is a comprehensive scientific paper designated to study the mortgage institute in Ukraine. A state of scientific development has been studied, the mortgage institute evolution process has been analyzed, historical analysis has been done and the research tool of the mortgage civil institute has been developed. This thesis studied the historical stages of the mortgage formation and development. The concept, content and legal character of the mortgage has been discovered. The mortgage formation and termination grounds by the current legislation of Ukraine have been determined. The mortgage was qualified by forms and types. The peculiarities of the content, subject and essential conditions of the mortgage contract have been discovered; a conclusion as to necessity to improve the legislative control of the mortgage contract conclusion and termination procedure.
