The thesis is a comprehensive and systematic development of criminal liability for falsification of medicines and circulation of counterfeit drugs. The theoretical and methodological basis, the genesis and overseas experience of criminal responsibility for falsification of medicines and circulation of counterfeit drugs and specified content of its objective and subjective symptoms are described. The delimitation of the offense under the Art. 321-1 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, from related offenses and criminal categories and reviewed relevant sanctions of criminal law.
