Kasperevych L. Organizational and economic mechanism of protected areas

This dissertation substantiates the basic provisions of the organizational and economic mechanism for the development of protected areas. The author reveals the essence, constituent elements and functional links of protected areas. The author clarified the protected areas are complex, hierarchically subordinated, multilevel systems, which are formed by natural and quasitural objects and complexes, characterized by a variety of properties, relations and interconnected factors of influence. Their characteristic feature is the close and dynamic interconnection of elements of living and inanimate nature that are the object of protection, state regulation and socio-economic relations that arise in the process of their creation and functioning. The systemic representation of protected areas provides the opportunity to form a methodological basis for research aimed at the development of both individual elements and their aggregates
