In the dissertation the theoretical and methodological principles of criminal responsibility for violations of the order of military service performed in conditions of a special period or in a combat environment are researched. The objective and subjective features of the crimes compiled in art. 407-409 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine. The author defines the concepts of "crimes against the order of military service", "military unit", "place of service", "combat situation", "self-calibration", "simulation of a disease", "forgery of documents", "another deception", which constitute a conceptual one.
