Hrynyk L. Change and termination of the credit agreement

The thesis is devoted to analytical research the concepts of "change" and "termination" of credit agreement, the types of credit agreement, the definition of determination the place of credit agreement in the system of named contracts, studying sources of regulation of credit relations, analysis of the specifics of legal regulation of the grounds for changing and termination of a loan agreement, such as agreement of the parties, unilateral refusal, breach of obligations, essential change of circumstances. In the thesis, the author studies the legal consequences of changing and terminating a loan agreement, such as a change of obligation, termination of an obligation and indemnity damages. In the thesis the author analyzed and introduced definition "change of the credit agreement", "termination of the credit agreement", substantiated the relation between the concept of "termination of the credit agreement" and "termination of credit obligations", determined the consequences of the change and the consequences of termination of a loan agreement, improved the definition of the essential conditions of the loan agreement, the classification of methods to change and termination of the credit agreement, identified the loan agreement as a legal fact, the concept of the credit agreement in a legal sense, definition of credit relations, comparison of a loan agreement with a loan agreement.
