The dissertation is devoted to a theoretical generalization and analytical grounding of the nature of the share market during the conditions of macro-financial stability in Ukraine. The economic essence and role of share market in the structure of the stock market are analyzed. The main functions of the share market are established. Necessity and importance of scientific research conducted by scientists concerning functioning of the share market in the financial system are determined. Regulation processes of the Ukrainian share market under the influence of financial integration are studied.
