Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the complex study of organizational and legal forms of employment promotion. It is proposed to divide organizational and legal forms of employment promotion into general and special, depending on the subjects of the right to promote employment. The normative legal acts governing the employment promotion relationship are described, and the necessity of making amendments and additions to the current legislation, which is intended to ensure these relations, is substantiated.
