Essay

The dissertation is devoted to the study of the factors of cardiovascular risk, status of target organs in patients with arterial hypertension (AH) depending on the functional status of thyroid and kidneys and increase of efficacy of antihypertensive treatment. It was proved that the presence of subclinical hypothyroidism and thyroid stimulating hormone in the range of 2.01 to 4.01 in patients with AH associated with increased cardiovascular risk, reduction in kidney function and the efficacy of antihypertensive treatment. The efficacy of Ramipril and Moxonidine combination in patients with AH combined with metabolic syndrome and high normal TSH was proved.
