Essay

The thesis deals with products getting by complex processing of Salvia officinalis. The scheme of complex processing of Salvia officinalis after obtaining the dense extract, the essential oil and the tincture were developed. By studying its chemical composition and antimicrobial activity the possibility of creation of the new thick extract obtained by extraction with ethyl acetate from Salvia officinalis leaves, which is similar to «Salvin» was shown.
