Shimon I. Romanian legal system: theoretical, historical-legalaspects.

The thesis is devoted to complex research of the Romanian legal system in terms of its integration into the European Union. Particular attention is drawn to the disclosure of the legal content of the democratic revolution in Romania in 1989, which is embodied in the complex organizational and legal measures to restore the constituent power of the Romanian people and basic human rights. The work proved the thesis that the main factor that poured on the development of constitutionalism in Romania 1990-2000 years was to prepare the country to join the EU. The priority remained with the development and improvement of democratic institutions and mechanisms of human rights protection. In the thesis the content of reform of the legal system in Romania due to EU accession in such areas as constitutional reform, justice, vybudova mechanism for fighting political corruption. Conclusions on the possibility of using the experience of legal reforms Romania to implement the relevant reforms in Ukraine.
