Fasiy B. Subsidiary application of norms of civil legislation in Ukraine: theory and practice.

The dissertation is a special complex research of subsidiary application of norms of civil legislation in Ukraine. The nature and place of subsidiary application of norms of civil legislation in the system of national legislation was defined in domestic literature for the first time. Theoretical and legal bases of subsidiary application of norms of civil legislation as a way to overcome the gaps and the mean of economy of normative material were analysed. The conditions, types and principles were researched and methodological issues of the sphere of subsidiary application of the norms of civil legislation were defined. Subsidiary application of norms of civil legislation to family, labour, housing, land, natural resources, commercial, budgetary, tax, customs, criminal, civil procedural, administrative procedural, commercial procedural and criminal procedural relations was researched. Based on the research, proposals and recommendations on improvement of civil legislation of Ukraine were formulated.
