In the dissertation work was analysed the modern state and the tendencies of management agricultural land use in the conditions of forming new landed relations. It was reasonable the development of institute of organization the land usage for an achievement the high competitiveness of agrarian sector of economy. It was worked out the methodical approach for providing the self-supporting to balance the humus in soil, which is based on perfection the structures of sowing areas. It was improved scientifically-methodical principles to determination normative money estimation of plough-land, what consist in taking into account of indexes of the production gross products of plant-grower and stock-raising and the point of the bonitet of soil. It was improved the organizationally-institutional mechanism of management agricultural territories on principles of transformation of the agricultural holding in the associated companies. There was first formed the scientifically-methodical approaches of diversification the rural economy by creation of strategic units of business, which will function for an achievement the concrete strategic aims, within the framework of the mini state formations.
