Shumlianskyi B. Institutional support of investment activities on the use of forest resources

The thesis is aimed at improving the theoretical and methodological foundations and conceptual approaches of reforming the institutional support for investment in the forest sector conditions of European integration. The paper discusses the theoretical and methodological foundations of institutionalization of investment development of the forest sector. We studied the experience of the formation of the institutional environment of investment forest sector European leaders of forestry and the main guidelines of his script reform based on the implementation in practice of the domestic models tested overseas institutional linkages forest management components. It was established as a result of monitoring the level of institutionalization of investment forest sector and its established trend change. Analyzed for the comparative approach the level of institutional support for investment development of the forest sector of the economy of Ukraine and the European countries-leaders of forestry. Implemented diagnosis efficiency and maturity scenarios of reforming the institutional support of forestry investment. Reasonably tool maintenance and principles of construction on the basis of economic incentives for domestic and foreign investors innovative investment model of institutional support balanced development of forestry. Determine the vector generation and import tools to provide institutional conditions intensify investment development of the forest sector.
