The thesis deals with improvement of the diagnostics and treatment methods for benign diseases of the uterus in reproductive age women with metabolic syndrome,by determining the peculiarities of hormonal and metabolic homeostasis and structural changes in theendometrium and the myometrium, developing and implementing prevention and rehabilitation measures for reproductive age women with benign diseases of the uterus and metabolic syndrome. The authors conducted comprehensive research, including clinical, instrumental, immune histochemical tests and studies of hormonal and metabolic homeostasis in reproductive age women with benign disease of the uterus and metabolic syndrome. The paper investigates the comparative aspects of the incidence and structure of the main medical histories and clinical symptoms in reproductive age women with benign disease of the uterus, both with and without the metabolic syndrome. Based on the findings, the paper offers an algorithm of prognostic steps to improve the efficiency of early diagnosis for benign disease of the uterus and the metabolic syndrome in women of reproductive age, and provides a justification for selecting the most optimal set of treatment and preventive measures.
