Nigutsa I. Optimization of a conservative myomectomy at women with disturbances of genesial function

Scientific work is devoted to rising effective restoration of genesial function at women with myoma of uterus on the basis of scientific justification and introduction of an advanced technique of a conservative myomectomy with application of modern endoscopic technologies. The role of myoma of uterus of subserous and intramuralny localization in development of disturbances of genesial function is scientifically proved. Clinical-ehografical, laboratory and psychological features that their interrelation with current of the remote postoperative period at women with myoma of uterus are presented. The role of various accesses of conservative myomectomy during the early and remote postoperative periods for definition of tactics of the subsequent rehabilitational actions is shown. Psychological features at women before and after conservative myomectomy in aspect of restoration of genesial function are presented. The received results allowed to prove scientifically need of improvement of technique of laparoscopic myomectomy and rehabilitational actions for restoration of genesial function at women with myoma of uterus.
