The scientific work is devoted to the optimization of the circuit volemic support in patients with severe traumatic brain injury. The aim is to improve the results of treatment of victims with severe TBI, by optimizing strategy volemichnoyi support. The analyzed indicators plasma electrolyte composition and acid-base status, coagulation in victims with severe head injury during treatment volemic support solution NaCl 0,9 % and balanced crystalloid solutions in 90 patients with severe TBI. The present scientific substantiation of the benefits of volemic support these patients a balanced crystalloid solution. This scientific assessment of comparative databased on monitoring electrolyte composition of blood indicators of acid-base status, monitoring the severity of edema and capillary leak syndromes on a graphic method. A comparison of regression of edema gray and white matter of the brain, according to SCT control and remote monitoring of treatment outcomes patients with severe TBI. Based on the study formulated recommendations on the optimal outline of volemic support in patients with severe TBI.
