Essay

A Dissertation is devoted to actual psychological-pedagogical problems of the socio-cultural competence formation in students with hearing impairment by means of fine art. The socio-cultural competence is represented in a research as a component part of aesthetic education and means of socio-cultural integration. The practicability of fine art means in the process of the socio-cultural competence formation in children of this category is demonstrated.The motivational, cognitive, emotional and activity components of the socio-cultural competence formation by means of fine art in students with hearing impairment are determined. It is dug dipper and substantiated the socio-cultural competence formation criterions in schoolchildren: conative-goal, the main indicators of which are consciousness of the role of fine art in a society life and a wish to be involved into different social-cultural activities; emotional-axiological that is determined by the positive attitude to fine art, its affective evaluation, social mindedness, value orientations pursue, especially ethnic-civil; cognitive, the main indicators of which are artistic-aesthetic thinking; analytic-synthetic ability of artistic material reproduction; activity-practical that actualizes skills of social-cultural activities. The indicators of fine art means mastering are determined, systemization, generalization, and conscientious reproduction of imageries. With their view it is worked out the method of diagnostics, different levels of social-cultural competence formation are determined. Pedagogical conditions, a model and a technique of socio-cultural competence formation aimed at successful integration of students with hearing impairment in social-cultural space are created. Formation of socio-cultural competence in students with hearing impairment by means of fine art promotes civil and aesthetic education of students on which solved the problem of ethnic-cultural direction of training, development, formation of citizenship, patriotism and ability to communicate culture. On the basis of this approach it occurs the assimilation of cultural values acquisition of ethnic -cultural knowledge, skills, socio-cultural competence, socio-cultural experience, citizenship that will ensure successful integration of students with hearing impairment in social-cultural space.
