The thesis is an independent research and complete, containing new theoretical results proved that together solve scientific challenges is to build a theoretical model of industry organization mechanism and economic impact on relations in the industrial production. The thesis is devoted to further developing the organizational and economic relations with the definition of the essential components of the mechanism model of industry organization and economic impact on relations in the industrial production. The paper substantiates the thesis that sectoral mechanisms of organizational and economic impact on the scope of management is defining a comprehensive tool for implementing the state's own structural and sectoral policies. The author defines the basic structure of economic and legal means of such a mechanism, which includes: 1) the current sectoral economic policy; 2) state program of industry development; 3) substantive sectoral economic and legal regulation to achieve the public and economic interests; 4) special subject organizational and economic powers; 5) elaboration of an effective set of economic and legal means organizational impact; 6) comprehensive integration of these elements into a coherent sectoral mechanism of organizational and economic influence. The paper presents a number of optional economic and legal means.
