Klymenko O. Fraud in the sphere of provision of tourist services: criminal legal characteristic and prevention

The thesis is a comprehensive and systematic work, which is devoted to criminal legal characteristic and prevention of fraud in the sphere of provision of tourist services. In work the theoretical and methodological grounds of the study were disclosed as well as the historical and foreign experience regarding this type of fraud in the context of its criminal legal characteristic and prevention was examined. The criminal legal characteristic of objective and subjective signs of body of fraud was given considering the peculiarities of its commitment in the sphere of provision of tourist services as well as its qualified and especially qualified circumstances were considered. The state and determinants of fraud in the sphere of provision of tourist services, the person of offender that it commits, general social and special-criminological measures to prevent the such crime were researched. The conclusions were made and the practical proposals that are important for criminal law and criminology were formulated.
