Vasilenko K. Social and educational work in the system of fixed assets corrections and resocialization in Ukraine prisons medium security level

The thesis presents a comprehensive study of the content of social and educational work with convicts in prisons Ukraine medium security level, defined its relationship, interaction, interdependence and interrelated with other basic means of correction and re socialization of prisoners that are enshrined in law, but also developed major directions for improvement of legal framework and the practical implementation of this type of criminal activity by the executive: 1) the introduction of new terms applicable laws in the author's presentation of their content; 2) Addition of new articles CEC of Ukraine; 3) changes in doslidzhuyemiy issue in this Code.
