Kushnir M. Prevention of felonies and misdemeanors committed by female minors in Ukraine

The dissertation is the first comprehensive, monographic research which, by using modern learning methods and the latest scientific achievements, conducts the analysis of preventive measures for felonies and misdemeanors committed by female minors. As a result, a number of innovative statements, conclusions and proposals have been made, that may serve further development of the state policy to protect minors and improve the legislation and law enforcement practice in this field. The dissertation has provided criminal and criminological characteristics of felonies and misdemeanors committed by female minors. The features that contribute to the occurrence of felonies and misdemeanors by female minors have been analysed, their long-term criminological analysis has been conducted, the features which cause and contribute most to the commission of crimes in this field have been identified.
