Pathogenetical link is established between disturbance in nitrogen monoxide system in the myocardium of the heart's left ventricle which results from chronic fetal hyperglycemia influence and metabolic disturbances, neuro-vegetative and hormonal imbalances in pre-puberty. It is shown that prenatal hyperglycemia leads to multiple changes in systemic neuro-humoral and local (nitrogen monoxide) outlines of the metabolism regulation. For the first time it is proved that complex of neuroendocrine violations is formed in pre-puberty in parallel with changes in the expression of all NOS isoforms in the myocardial layers of the heart's left ventricle.
