Pisareva O. Restoration of reproductive function in women with submucous uterine myoma.

The aim of the study was to improve the efficiency of the restoration of reproductive function in women with submucous uterine myoma by developing and implementing evidence-based differentiated approach to diagnosis and organsafe treat-ment. It was analised the results of surgical treatment and restoration of reproductive function in women with different types of submucous nodes, hormonal, ultrasound, doppler, magnetic resonance, immunohistochemistry investigations in women with infertility and submucous nodes I and II type according to hysteroscopic classification, assessed their quality of life, proposed holding a two-stage surgical treatment with drug therapy between first and seconf stage, evaluated the effectiveness of the proposed approach. The study showed that proposed approach to the treatment of submucous uterine fibroids I and II type enables increase the effectiveness restoration of reproductive function up to 30% in the first year after surgery.
