Essay

Dissertational work dedicated to the theoretical and experimental research interaction processes running wheels of tractors with subsoil layers of soil. The analysis of existing methods for determining soil compaction processes proposed five mass dynamic model of elastic deformation, the adequacy of which is confirmed by experimental research. In addition, based on experimental of research proposed methodology for determining the the bearing capacity of soil aggregates at different depths and spread of stresses in the subsoil layers of soil from running Pull-road vehicles.Using these methodology in a real exploitation we can determine the need to perform operations on conducting of deep loosening and setting their depth.Economic calculations based on the application of the proposed modernized working deep ripper with direct paw showed a decrease in fuel consumption of 2.6 liters / year compared with the lancet.Estimated total economic effect of decrease loss of productivity and saved fuel when using deep ripper over 170 hours a year, according to the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine (from July 12, 2004 №885 On approval of methods of calculating the value of machine-day losses and simple machines) is 36737,85 USD per year.
