Essay

Thesis is devoted to the study of peculiarities of criminal liability for destruction, damage or concealment of documents of the National Archival Fund. It is determined that, in respect of the crime under Art. 2981 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine, the basis for criminal responsibility is a real rule of law (provision of the current Criminal Code of Ukraine) and a complex legal fact in the form of a combination of legal actions of the wrongful nature (destruction, damage or concealment of documents of the National Archival Fund of Ukraine) of the guilty person and the legal act in the form of a judgment of conviction entered into legal force.
