Essay

The thesis is devoted to the treatment improvement of patients with stage II hypertension of 2-3 degrees based on the study of blood pressure diurnal monitoring (DMBP), blood lipid spectrum, systemic inflammation, uric acid as well as correction of revealed violations using the combined antihypertensive therapy (lisinopril 10 mg with amlodipine 5 mg and / or bisoprolol 5 mg with amlodipine 5 mg) and rozuvastatin 10 mg with ravisol. Based on the DMBP analysis, relationships between the degree of night blood pressure lowering and laboratory parameters (blood lipid spectrum, systemic inflammation, uric acid), regarded as risk factors for adverse cardiovascular events, were revealed. The links between the heart rate frequency (as modifying risk factor) and blood lipid spectrum (LDL-C), systemic inflammation (CRP) and the level of uric acid, which can lead to deterioration of hypertension, were established. Hypercholesterolemia and dyslipidemia, which are the major risk factors of atherosclerosis, that is resulted in the progression of hypertension, were detected. The presence of hyperuricemia was revealed in 70% of patients with signs of systemic inflammatory response that was manifested by increased levels of TNF, IL-1, IL-6, CRP. The application of combined antihypertensive therapy in combination with ravisol (1 tsp 3 times a day) promotes normalization of DMBP, systemic inflammation, blood lipid spectrum and the level of uric acid.
