Plahotnii S. Improvement of the ecological safety management system of the hydrogeological and atmospheric environment around coal mines

Research object: a process of management of atmospheric air and environment of geohydrology ecological safety is round coal mines. Purpose of work: opening of features of negative influence is on atmospheric air and environment of geohydrology of consequences of functioning and liquidation of coal mines as scientific subsoil of improvement of control system by ecological safety round coal mines. Research methods: Methodological and theoretical basis of dissertation are fundamental and applied works of the Ukrainian and oversea scientists from the problems of closing of coal mines which are based on the use of analysis of the systems of terms and conformities to law of forming of ecological danger and search of effective measures and methods of management ecological safety.The informative base of dissertation was become by the results of the field researches of geohydrology and information the domestic and oversea advanced studies A model, which takes into account the changes of gidrogeofil'traciynikh processes, which take place during liquidation of coal mines and provides prognostication of ecological risks as a result of pidtoplennyam of territories to the water-table a from 0,5 to 1,5 meter and by contamination of aquiferous horizons by mineralizovanimi mine waters with the concentration of salts in a range from 6 g/dm3 to 10 g/dm3, is developed; Grounded application of integral index - index of contamination of atmosphere as a result of activity of coal enterprises and with his use certainly ecological risks and levels of ecological danger of atmospheric air round four mines of m. of Lisichanska (the name of G.G. Kapustina, "Privol'nyanske", "Novodruzhivska" and the name of D.F. Mel'nikova) Control system by ecological safety vuglevidobuvnikh regions is improved by application of the offered algorithms and programs of the informaciyno-analitichnikh systems of evaluation of ecological threats and risks with the use of index of contamination of atmosphere round coal mines.
