Essay

The work is a comprehensive study that evaluated the features of inflammation and hemostasis in various forms of acute pancreatitis in the clinic and experiment. Experimental data indicate significant importance in the pathogenesis of L-ornithine-induced AP nitrosative stress, disorders in hemostasis, deficiency of synthesis of physiological gasotransmitters. Hemostasis changes in patients with severe acute pancreatitis and moderate severity acute pancreatitis can be characterized as acquired thrombophilia, characterized by activation of the primary factors hemocoagulation, deficiency of natural anticoagulants and fibrinolytics, activation of cell-cell interactions. Determined that hepercoagulative factors in the blood of patients with acute pancreatitis are reinforced each other's action. Against this background, was extended the time of fibrinolysis and decreased activity of antithrombin III. Proinflammatory factors also stimulated, usually, the synthesis of each other and inhibited production of anti-inflammatory factors.
