Essay

The work is dedicated to the interpretation of one-partedness as a category of theoretical and historical musicology. One-partedness - is a historically established self-developing theoretical form-making system which absorbs all possible developing tendencies of melody, harmony, rhythm, texture. Within this work there is a characteristic of an independent one-part form with different inner form-making fillings which is used by a great variety of composers of all the epochs and in all the countries. Theoretical concept of succession of form-making systems of a one-partedness filling is formed; for the first time one-partedness is considered from the point of view of historical musicology. A historical hierarchy is built - the vertical of the form-making one-partedness filling; from the simplest to the supreme forms.
