Essay

The thesis is devoted to issues of formation of the professional competence of future technology teachers in the basics of entrepreneurship. In the thesis is defined the role and place of knowledge in the basics of entrepreneurship in the system of professional training and is clarified the essence of the "professional competence in the basics of entrepreneurship" concept and its structural components. The model of formation of the professional competence of future technology teachers in the basics of entrepreneurship is developed, it includes the following components methodologically-targeted, organizationally-technological and resulting that are interrelated and complementary. Methodologically-targeted component contains methodological approaches (competence and personal-activity), stages of entrepreneurial training (initial, basic and creative), traditional and innovative learning principles. Organizationally-technological component combines forms, methods, means of teaching, psychologically-pedagogical conditions of teaching, organization and control of teaching quality. The content of "Fundamentals of Entrepreneurship" original course and the system of its academically-methodological support, which is based on the applying of traditional and innovative forms and methods, were experimentally tested. Resulting component provides diagnostics of the training of future technology teachers that is performed on the criteria of formation of professional competence in the basics of entrepreneurship, including following: value-motivational, cognitive-educational, active-practical, creative. Defined four levels of professional competence in the basics of entrepreneurship of the future technology teachers: high, sufficient, medium and low. Pedagogical experiment was aimed to test the efficiency of the developed method of formation of technology teachers' professional competence in the basics of entrepreneurship. Analysis of the results obtained during the research makes possible to set the growth trend of components forming dynamics at the studied competence, and in consequence the effective formulation of competence itself.
