The thesis is devoted to the currently important problem of psychiatry, namely, the development of measures of psychosocial rehabilitation of paranoid schizophrenia patients with comorbid bone tuberculosis. The study established features of clinical and psychopathological symptoms and response to neuroleptic therapy of patients with paranoid schizophrenia combined with bone tuberculosis. The paper presented features of patients' social functioning and quality of life. After analyzing aggregate data we have proved the fact that the existence of comorbid maladjustment in these patients was due to the presence of their dual diagnosis. The study was formulated that a comprehensive treatment of this patient population should include consideration of the clinical picture of both diseases, individual susceptibility to pharmacotherapy, tuberculosis treatment and side effects of the action.
