Popovych A. Improvement of Rental Management Mechanism of Agricultural Land Use

The thesis generalized theoretical and methodological foundations of the economic phenomenon of land rent as well as the influence of rent relations on sustainable development of agriculture and formulated the conclusions of theoretical and practical significance for solving existing problems and achieving sustainability goals in Ukrainian agriculture. The dissertation laid theoretical and methodological basis for the definition of rent as a necessary income from land use and its fundamental difference from supernormal profits generalized in the concept of economic rent. The new typological approach to the formation of ground rent factors was applied and established that differential rent for natural fertility and location in current conditions has lost its value, and monopoly rent has a weak link with agricultural land use while the absolute rent and differential rent for the difference in the investment performance both have practical significance for public administration.
