Object - processes of corporate sector management in the conditions of transformation changes of economy. Goal - working out of theoretical and methodical positions and practical recommendations on the to formation of tools of providing of a corporate sector of economy management efficiency in the conditions of transformation changes in the context of creation of innovative increase base in Ukraine. Methods - logic analysis and generalization, comparative analysis, synthesis and graphic; history-logic analysis; expert and calculation-analytical; mathematical design; system. Novelty- theoretical basis of management of corporate sector of economy are improved, periodization of development of Ukrainian management system of the corporate sector of economy, organizationally-economic principles of management of a corporate sector on the basis of adaptive technologies; theoretical principles of forming of effective control system of the corporate sector of Ukraine were purchased further development on the basis of implimitation of foreign experience. The results - theoretical and methodological provisions and practical recommendations to ensure effective management of the corporate sector of economy in the conditions of transformational changes were developed.
