Essay

The thesis is devoted to the essence of the rule of law as a fundamental principle of law. In the dissertation conceptual basis of formation and development of the rule of law are studied and its nature is determined, and its main features are singled out, besides European views on the rule of law are studies, Ukrainian experience of the rule of law in the European context is analyzed, the theoretical and practical problems of the rule of law in the development of a democratic society are defined, the problem of interaction between law in the context of the idea of law is studied and the practice of the European Court of Human rights is investigated.
